Founded in 2009, The George Washington University Online High School (GWUOHS) is
an independent, fully accredited, tuition-based private school that re-imagines college-
preparatory online education. GWUOHS combines academic excellence with the
flexibility students need to pursue individual passions in athletics, the arts,
entrepreneurship, or travel. With expert faculty, interactive live and asynchronous

Which Grade Levels Does GWUOHS Serve?
GWUOHS serves students in grades 6 through 12. While the high school division is ourcore offering, we intentionally provide enrollment for grades 6 and 7, which frequently
