On a recent trip to Downtown Fredericksburg, my family and I visited Fearless Gluten Free Café.  It’s a brand-new café dedicated to people with gluten sensitivities. When I visited, I tried the Mexican wedding cookies and hot chocolate donuts and they were my favorite.  Everyone was very friendly and helpful as soon as we walked through the door.  Fearless Gluten Free Café is open 10am-6pm Tuesday-Saturday.  On a recent visit, I spoke with the employees, and they said Tim, the owner, wanted to have a place where people with gluten sensitivities could dine without being worried about cross contamination.  His goal is also to make food that is gluten-free but does not taste gluten-free.  If you are downtown be sure to stop by Fearless Gluten Free Café!
