Santa Mini Sessions 

Reserve your 15 minute mini session for a festive photo experience with Santa Paws! Families are welcome to bring their pets or simply join in for a fun holiday photo. Each session includes five digital photos, delivered straight to your inbox about two weeks after you visit.

Photos With Santa 

Families, friends, and even well-behaved pups can enjoy a magical meet-and-greet with Santa—just bring your own camera. You’ll have 5 minutes per visit to snap photos and share wish lists. Enjoy hot cocoa, cookies, coloring sheets, and letters to Santa, who’ll even send a reply.

Stafford Country Tree Lighting 

Kick off the holiday season with Stafford County’s 5th annual Tree Lighting Festival with holiday music, local artisans, family activities, food, and a visit from Santa Claus.

Annual Santa’s Wonderland & Winter Festival Parade 

A dazzling Christmas wonderland with lights, festive trees, hot chocolate, cookie decorating, holiday crafts and vendors. Cozy up by the fire or write letters to Santa and capture memories with Mr. and Mrs. Claus. The parade will begin at noon at Colonial Beach High School.

Braehead Farm Santa Event 

Meet Santa in The Red Shed, make “snowman soup” with Santa’s helpers, roast marshmallows over the fire, and enjoy the Family Playgrounds and farm animals. Stick around for holiday shopping in the market, hot chocolate, and lunch. Bring your cameras for a photo with Santa.

King George Christmas Tree Lighting 

Join your friends and neighbors as we celebrate the season and light up the King George County Christmas Tree at the Courthouse. Enjoy music, fire pits, and a visit from Santa.

Holiday Open House 

Celebrate the season with holiday crafts, activities and refreshments, plus a personal visit with Santa. Its fun for the whole family.

Happy “Paw” lidays 

Celebrate the “Paw”lidays with your furry friends at the Dorothy Hart Community Center! Bring your pet for a photo with Santa and they will leave with a holiday ornament and a treat from Santa.

Krispies with Kringle 

Have fun with “decorate your own” rice krispy treats and holiday crafts as Santa visits each table for a family photo. Come in your favorite holiday PJ and Enjoy a classic Christmas movie.

Rappahannock Model Railroaders Annual Christmas Train Show

Join us for the 28th annual Christmas Train Show, featuring operating train layouts, model train vendors, activities for kids. Visit with Mr. and Mrs. Clause on Saturday from 11am-3pm and Sunday from 11 am - 2 pm. Its a holiday event the whole family will enjoy. 

When: December 13 - 14

Family Day: Visit with Santa 

Enjoy a festive visit with Santa and Mrs. Claus, complete with free photos and holiday activities like ornament making and writing letters to Santa. Be sure to arrive 45 minutes before the event ends to ensure your photo spot. On Saturday Santa will be in a classic red suit, and on Tuesday he will switch into his camo look.

Breakfast with Santa 

A charming breakfast buffet with Santa and Artists’ Holiday Workshop where children can create a gift to take home, plus take a photo with Santa.

Visit Santa with Special Guest the Grinch 

Santa will be stopping by for a special visit, jut in tie to share those last-minute wishes. Advance registration is required and each family will enjoy a special 10 minute visit. A photographer will be available to capture the magic with photos.
