This week there is a predicted 3-13 inches of snow coming to Fredericksburg and Surrounding areas. When a snowstorm hits, it’s easy to feel cooped up indoors. Kids might start climbing the walls with boredom. But with a little creativity, a snow day can transform into a magical time filled with fun and laughter. Here are some engaging ideas to entertain kids during a snowstorm.

Turn your home into an adventure zone!

Build a Fort
Gather pillows, blankets, and chairs to construct an epic fort. Add fairy lights or flashlights for ambiance and enjoy storytime or a cozy movie inside.
