Winner: Scouts BSA 

Wendy Latella Scout BSA leader Wendy Latella got many votes from the community for supporting leaders pivoting to provide outdoor and online Scout activities in Spotsylvania County. Pack 835 made foot-powered hand sanitizer stations for their school, Cedar Forrest Elementary. Pack 22 held a drive-thru Can Carnival. Every unit hiked and did service projects.
