Every parent needs a break — a good solid hour to breathe, stretch, balance and refocus. That is exactly what Dragonfly Yoga Studio provides and why it was nominated as a Family Favorite in 2015!

Dragonfly Yoga Studio focuses on the individual, as well as the Fredericksburg community as a whole. This is why they launched the Dragonfly Community Donation Program. The program raises awareness and funds for various nonprofits in the area. Past nonprofits have included Micah Ecumenical Ministries, The Fredericksburg Regional Food Bank, and others.

Our goal for [the Dragonfly Community Donation Program] is to address community needs beyond yoga and strengthen the network of nonprofits and service organizations that help keep Fredericksburg such a vibrant place to live and work.

Dragonfly Yoga also offers community yoga classes for free, or at a reduced rate, to specialized populations in Fredericksburg (e.g. children, senior citizens, veterans).
