Grand Opening of Christmas on the Potomac & Ice. Nov 16. 10 am - 5 pm.   Be one of the first guests to experience ICE! featuring A Charlie Brown Christmas by joining us on opening day! Kindness Sensory Santa. Nov 18. 8:30 - 10:30 am. Families of children with disabilities know that a trip to a shopping mall can be challenging—crowded stores, loud music and long lines can make the experience especially difficult. The Spotsylvania Towne Centre wants to give children with special needs time with Santa. disAbility Resource Center will have fun crafts for your little ones too! CYT Fredericksburg: A Christmas Story, the Musical. Nov 23-25 & Nov 30-Dec 2. Dominion Energy GardenFest of Lights Illumination. Nov 23. 4 - 10 pm. Kris Kringle Market. Dec 8. This traditional German-style holiday market will feature over 20 vendors representing the food, arts, and retail industry and will be a spectacular outdoor shopping experience in one of the most beautiful parts of our notable town. Santa Strolls Downtown. Dec 15/16 (12 - 3 pm) & Dec 20/21/22 (1 - 4 pm). There's nowhere more magical to encounter Old St. Nick than the historic streets of downtown F'burg. Santa is known to make appearances at the Holiday Open House, the Children's Tree Lighting and other unscheduled times throughout the holiday season.

A Washington Family Christmas. Dec 15. 10 am - 7 pm. The Washington family celebrated the 12 days of Christmas which begins on Christmas Day and ends on January 6. The Memorial House will be decorated for the holidays and filled with colonial music. The plantation will be busy with demonstrations and activities performed by costumed interpreters.
