Pediatric Dentistry
Children go to a pediatrician for their medical care. For the unique dental needs children have, a pediatric dentist is often best suited to provide the atmosphere and expertise to help a child develop and meet their oral health milestones. Positive consistent experiences at the pediatric dentist in childhood helps assure a lifetime of healthy habits and teeth. Parents are encouraged to participate in all routine dental appointments too.

Adult Dentistry
As the children mature and become adults, their dental care is performed by our general dentistry team which includes dental assistants, dental hygienist and general dentist. This allows a smooth transition and gives real meaning to the phrase family dentistry. Sedation and General Anesthesia
Nervous about undergoing dental treatment? Are there any small children or special need family members requiring, but not capable of receiving dental care? The VDAA offers a complete range of anesthesia options! Our doctors and staff are qualified to provide all levels of sedation up to and including TRUE SLEEP DENTISTRY. Our offices have fully equipped ambulatory anesthesia rooms to enable treatment for the smallest uncooperative child up to adult patients with anxieties, phobias, medical impairments or physical challenges.
